Instructional Aide Opportunities – Per Diem, Flexible School-Based Support
Location:

Support students in a dynamic school environment with flexible, per diem instructional aide roles designed to make a meaningful difference. These positions are ideal for compassionate professionals who assist students 1:1 or in small groups, helping foster academic, behavioral, and social growth within structured classroom settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized academic, behavioral, and social support to students
- Assist with daily routines, transitions, and classroom participation
- Implement behavior support plans and follow Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Support mobility, supervision, and personal care needs as required
- Maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment
- Collaborate closely with teachers and other school staff to meet students’ needs
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Current TB test (in accordance with school district requirements)
- Ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting when necessary
- Must have current clearances or be willing to obtain prior to start
Preferred Experience:
- Prior experience in schools, special education, behavioral health, or child care settings
- Familiarity supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
- Training or certifications in CPI, PMT, or RBT are a plus but not required
- Reliable, patient, and collaborative team player mindset
