This is different than the Certificate of Clearance you completed for your credential No other fingerprint clearance will be accepted. (If you are already in the SDCOE Clearinghouse system, and do not have a receipt, please note that on application and it will be verified with the SDCOE.)
- You must be fully credentialed OR have a 30-Day Sub Permit.
- Your credentials/permit must be registered with the San Diego County Office of Education (SDCOE).
- You must be in the SDCOE clearinghouse fingerprinting database (this is different from the Certificate of Clearance).
* Incomplete applications will NOT be considered.
* We do not accept emailed, mailed, or faxed documents.
Please ONLY attach the requested documents to your application.
* IF ALL requirements have been met, and the required documents have been attached to your application, an invitation to attend a substitute employment orientation will be sent to the EdJoin email address provided on your application.
