Description
Crownview Co-Occurring Institute is a leading outpatient mental health provider supporting individuals with co-occurring disorders across PHP, IOP, and OP levels of care. We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant/Scheduling Coordinator who will serve as the backbone of our scheduling and administrative operations.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordination, problem-solving, and supporting clinical teams in delivering high-quality care.
What You’ll Do:- Serve as the primary scheduling contact for providers, therapists, and facilitators
- Manage daily schedules in the EMR and supporting tracking systems
- Monitor communication platforms and respond to schedule changes in real time
- Collaborate with leadership to optimize clinical coverage and efficiency
- Ensure appointment frequency aligns with payer and regulatory requirements
- Support telehealth sessions and administrative workflows
- Maintain confidentiality and compliance at all times

Full-Time | Non-Exempt, Hourly
Pay Range: 25.00 – 27.00 per hour
(Compensation is based on experience, skills, and internal equity.)

Education, Training, and Experience
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent. Some college preferred; or
- Minimum two years of administrative assistant experience, including one year of experience in health care, preferred.
- Attainment of at least 18 years of age
- Health Screening with Negative TB Test Results
- Current Basic Life Support Certification-First Aid/CPR
- Valid Government
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and healthcare management/EMR systems.
- Ability to read, interpret, and apply clinic policies and procedures.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing operational needs.
