Overview
The EFL Relationship Manager will be responsible for the sourcing of new business for the Equipment, Financing & Leasing Division. Most business will be referred to the local market for underwriting and will conform to the industry and collateral type as identified by EFL management. Some business may be considered direct and not referred to the market. In that case, the EFL manager, in concert with the assigned EFL Credit Officer, will direct the transaction flow for approval and booking.

Locations listed is the preferred market but other locations within the Renasant footprint in Mississippi may be considered based upon convenience and business necessity.
Responsibilities- Source new business in assigned markets by direct sourcing in the marketplace
- Mine the existing base of commercial customers within Renasant's customer base for cross sell opportunities of EFL business in order to meet established goals
- Training of bank Relationship Managers with respect to EFL business
- Interface with bank management to develop understanding and support of product within market
- Identify opportunities for bank business in assigned market and support of bank initiatives
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- College degree in a business or finance related field is preferred
- Five years of commercial banking experience required, previous EFL lending preferred
- Use of industry pricing software
- Use of computer and general office programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to travel as needed within assigned market and to special events
