Job summaryResponsible for assisting and consulting with customers on our products and services by utilizing knowledge, skills and technology to achieve a world-class sales and service experience. Works with moderate supervision/guidance. Is accountable for individual results and impact on the team.
Core responsibilities- Represent products and services by sharing and demonstrating product and sales know-how with customers. Provide product demonstrations to educate customers on full product capabilities to maximize their experience.
- Take a customer-first approach with all customer interactions. Listen and evaluate customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Achieve sales and customer experience goals and objectives.
- Provide comprehensive customer onboarding and ensure customers understand how to use and manage all company products/services and gain their consent.
- Perform operational and administrative tasks.
- Partner with customer care to resolve customer issues, as appropriate.
- Demonstrate sales excellence and professionalism with integrity and a warm, friendly demeanor to customers and teammates.
- Comply with all company and retail operational policies and procedures.
- Complete training requirements and actively engage in team huddles and learning.
- Understand the sales compensation plan and its key elements.
- Maintain a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, holidays, variable schedules and overtime as needed. May be asked to work in alternate stores. Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
- Ability to carry and lift up to 25 pounds, stand and move about the store.

- Education:
High School Diploma / GED. - Experience:
2-5 Years. - Skills:
Customer-focused, persuasive communication, technical knowledge, teamwork, resilience, problem solving, and professional integrity.

Base Pay: $16.00 per hour
Total Target Compensation (Base Pay plus Targeted Commission): $23.69 USD
