Overview
Ron Jon Surf Shop is seeking an experienced manager to join our winning team. Our store management maintains Ron Jon’s high standards of guest service and leadership of team members while maintaining store standards, visual merchandising, operational and facility management. Must have 1 year of Retail Management experience to be considered.
ResponsibilitiesMaintain Ron Jon’s high standards of guest service and leadership of team members while maintaining store standards, visual merchandising, operational and facility management.
Salary and BenefitsThe annual salary of an Assistant Store Manager is $48k- $52k. Pay is dependent on experience.
