Associa is hiring multiple Administrative Assistants to support its Eastern Shore Team.
- Assistant will work in the Ocean City, MD corporate office location.
- Assistant will temporarily work out of the Bethany Beach corporate office, then transition to the Ocean City office.
- Meet and greet homeowners, residents, guests, vendors, and contractors.
- Research and respond to inquiries.
- Enter and update information in the database.
- Receive and distribute packages.
- Scan and file documents.
- Organize and track information.
- Assist homeowners with monthly payments and delinquencies.
- Other projects as assigned.
- 2+ years of office, clerical, or administrative experience.
- Punctual, reliable, proactive, and takes ownership.
- Excellent communication skills, written and spoken.
- Customer service driven and team oriented.
- Well versed in MS Office products and systems savvy.
