Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Master Technician for a full-time, on-site role located in Ocala, FL. The Master Technician will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining specialty vehicles, ensuring they meet high safety and performance standards. Daily responsibilities include conducting thorough inspections of emergency and recreational vehicles, troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, and performing precise and efficient repairs.

Additional tasks include collaborating with engineering teams to implement solutions and deliver outstanding customer service.

Qualifications
  • Proven skills in diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
  • Experience in using tools and equipment for vehicle maintenance and repair
  • Ability to interpret and work with technical manuals, blueprints, and electrical schematics
  • Strong time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with teams and customers
  • ASE or relevant certifications are highly desirable
  • Knowledge of specialty or commercial vehicles, emergency response equipment, or recreational vehicles is a bonus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or education is preferred
