This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ocala, FL, for a Technical Service Representative. In this role, you will provide technical support and troubleshooting services for a range of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems while ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems, addressing customer inquiries, and delivering high-quality service that upholds MAX-AIR’s standards of professionalism and efficiency.

• Proficient in Technical Services, Technical Support, and Troubleshooting HVAC systems.
• Exceptional Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills.
• Strong diagnostic, problem-solving, and communication capabilities.
• Ability to work in an on-site, fast-paced environment.
• Previous HVAC repair or installation experience is highly desirable.
• Possession of relevant technical certifications is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional technical training is a benefit.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
