Outside Parts Sales Representative

Cumberland International Trucks is growing - and we're looking for a driven, customer-focused Outside Parts Sales Representative to help us expand our reach in the Ocala market.

What You'll Do
As an Outside Parts Sales Representative, you will:
- Respond quickly and professionally to customer parts and information requests
- Build and strengthen long-term business relationships
- Develop and execute a strategic prospecting plan for your assigned territory
- Communicate effectively with both customers and the internal parts department
- Monitor order status, proactively address issues, and notify customers upon arrival
- Support Parts Department team members when needed
- Maintain and organize customer accounts, including pricing and application materials

Preferred (But Not Required)
- College degree
- Truck parts sales or parts counter experience
- Mechanical aptitude or experience in automotive or truck mechanics
- Experience in a truck dealership or aftermarket parts environment
- Ability to identify operational or process improvement opportunities
