This is a full‑time, on‑site Sales Manager role located in Ocala, FL. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue through proactive sales, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets for the property. Responsibilities include identifying business opportunities, developing sales strategies, and preparing proposals for potential clients. The role also involves collaborating with the operations team to ensure client satisfaction and maximize hotel occupancy rates.

• Demonstrated sales skills, including business development, lead generation, and account management
• Knowledge of sales strategy development, market analysis, and competitor research
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
• Familiarity with hotel operations, client services, and hospitality industry standards
• Proficiency in using sales software and tools to track and manage leads
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred
• Proactive approach to achieving sales goals and handling challenges effectively
