We’re looking for an Equine Outside Sales Representative in a region with strong equine potential and a focus on horse‑related activities, for the territory of North Florida.
What You’ll Be Doing- Become the most talented technical advisor within your territory
- Develop and manage your customer base independently (Amateurs, Trainers, Pro‑Riders, Barns)
- Represent Devoucoux at horse shows
- Create a unique experience for clients through your knowledge and best‑in‑class customer service
- Prior successful field sales experience
- You have a clean driving record and are ready to hit the road
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and are a independent and dynamic person
- You are a passionate rider with an understanding of the English riding industry and horse shows
- You will receive a fixed salary and unlimited commission potential
- You will also be provided with a company car + a gas card + iPhone and iPad
- We will cover 100% of your personal health insurance costs through our carrier (medical, dental and vision), in addition to your base pay and commission
- We offer a 6 week training program, and tailored continuous training and support

We will work with you to meet your targets and objectives through a ramp‑up territory tailored plan. Potential salary including base + commissions:
- Year 1:
Potential of $55K (including base & unlimited commission) - Year 2:
Potential of $65K‑$85K (including base & unlimited commission) - Year 3:
Potential of $75K‑$125k (including base & unlimited commission)
