• Average Salary: $55-65,000 per year – Competitive hourly rate, uncapped commission, bonuses, and profit sharing

• Passionate customer advocate who assists, advises, and educates customers on wireless products and services.
• Drive sales and customer satisfaction, focusing on value for all customers and conducting calls to learn more about products and services.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to stay connected through company resources.
• Perform operational procedures including store opening and closing responsibilities.
• Ambitious, self‑driven individuals motivated by the pursuit of retail sales milestone goals.
• Balance customer experience and performance goals effectively.
• Attend and complete all required training and meetings for development.
• Engage in community giveback through volunteer events, donations, grants, and more.
• Maintain a positive attitude, energy, and equal participation and contribution.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work guaranteed full‑time hours and a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with the ability to work in multiple locations.
• Ability to stand, sit, walk, and bend for extended periods, lift 10 pounds, and travel approximately 10% as needed.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. and required to complete frequent standing and extended standing periods.
