Associate Account Manager BioT (Ocala, Gainesville, Tallahassee, Florida)
Join the Smith+Naphew team as an Associate Account Manager in the Advanced Wound Biotissue division. In this developmental role, you will support a senior Account Manager in promoting key brands such as Grafix and Stravix across acute care facilities.
Responsibilities- Support the Account Manager(s) in addressing business needs and goals within the district or region.
- Coordinate product availability for hospital outpatient departments.
- Provide in‑services and educate end users on the clinical benefits of products.
- Deliver sales presentations and product lunch/dinner events to key customers.
- Penetrate target accounts and maneuver through accounts to grow market share.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Documented success in B2B sales; medical sales experience preferred.
- Willingness and ability to relocate within the territory or region to accommodate business needs.
- Successful completion of credentialing process (including COVID‑19 vaccine management) required for all field sales professionals gaining entry to healthcare facilities.
The anticipated base compensation range is $65,000–$75,000 USD annually, with sales commission and incentives based on set targets. Additional benefits include medical, dental, vision coverage, 401k, tuition reimbursement, paid leave, flexible time off, and wellness programs.
