Position Summary
Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with company policies, operating forklifts safely, managing inventory flow, providing member service, maintaining safety and merchandising presentation, and supporting club pickup orders. You will also contribute to team development, uphold integrity, and drive continuous improvement.
What you’ll do- Comply with company policies, procedures, and the Open Door Policy when executing business processes.
- Operate forklifts safely following company standards, picking up, moving, and positioning merchandise pallets.
- Complete work assignments using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers, and partners to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and recommend improvements.
- Receive, organize, and manage merchandise and supplies from distribution centers, ensuring proper inventory flow and documentation.
- Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, guiding technology use, and aiding purchasing decisions.
- Maintain safety by conducting safety sweeps, following forklift spotting procedures, handling hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe situations.
- Maintain the sales floor and merchandising presentation in line with company policies; zone areas, stock, rotate merchandise, remove damaged or out‑of‑date goods, set up clean displays, and ensure promotional items are prominently displayed.
- Process defective merchandise, adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations, and monitor shrink, security risks, and safety.
- Ensure club pickup orders are filled accurately by picking, staging, and auditing orders within the required timeframe.
- Handle inventory moves, manage goods, track items, maintain in‑stock levels, and control shrinkage; report poor inventory practices.
- Operate and maintain forklifts safely, reporting any unsafe conditions or equipment failures.
- Proactively identify customers who need help and engage them in technology services; model and assist others.
- Identify shrink opportunities, troubleshoot product and service issues, and fix problems promptly.

The hourly wage range for this position is $19.00 to $27.00*.
* The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Additional compensation may include premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
