Shift Lead

Overview

Shift Lead (Management) leading to Assistant GM and possible GM. Marco's Pizza is interviewing now! We are seeking Shift Leaders (Management level). This position supervises the entire crew and all work stations in the day-to-day operations of a Marco's Pizza store on either day or night shifts.

This position leads to Assistant Manager and then General Manager for the right candidates.

We are looking for Multiple Future Managers as we have an existing Marco's Pizza in Ocala and have started our second in the area in Belleview, with a 3rd, maybe 4th after that!

The future is bright for our brand. Even during the pandemic, we have had record-high sales and continue to open new stores at a fast pace.

Part of your workweek is "Closing the store" (on some nights) and is a requirement after training. It means you do some of the closing work to allow the store to finish for the day. We close at 11 pm Sun-Thur, and 12 pm Friday-Saturday.

You don t have to have prior fast-food experience. It s useful, but not necessary. We teach you all about our Marco's Pizza system. We are more interested in you as a person and what your potential may be.

The Franchisee started as a Delivery Driver and is now the owner of multiple stores and is planning many more. If you come to join our team and your goal might be to own your own Franchise one day, we will help you. It s a "Win-Win."

• Ensuring the delivery of high-quality products and customer service, as well as adhering to all procedures and policies, and making sure the entire crew does too.
• Product, Service, and Image fall under the Shift Leaders, the cornerstones of Marco's. We are looking for FUTURE MANAGERS. We are willing to train you if you have what it takes. We are opening a lot of stores and are looking at Shift Leads to become General Managers. They are very well paid and have various incentives in place.
• We need multiple Shift Leads for our high-volume stores.

The position will give you the Management experience you will need, not only with us but with any employer you ever work for in the future. We have lots of opportunities for growth for those who want it and work hard for it.

It s a fast-paced, FUN environment. We will train you to work all positions in the restaurant and train you on how to manage people and shifts.
