Responsibilities- Engage customers in conversations to understand their needs and objections.
- Present merchandise and provide detailed information on features and benefits.
- Offer extended service plans and financing options.
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide a superior experience to customers and help meet individual and team sales goals.
- May assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties.
- One year of sales, retail and/or jewelry experience is preferred, but not required.
- Base pay plus commission on sales
