Team Nextar, an authorized retailer for Metro by T-Mobile with over 260 locations nationwide, is looking for successful Retail Store Managers to join our management team!

As a Metro by T-Mobile Wireless Store Manager for Team Nextar, you will work directly with all team members to ensure they are well versed in our selling process, Metro by T-Mobile products and services, and that our retail locations achieve operational excellence and profitability goals.

• Build a positive, customer‑ and goal‑oriented environment.
• Interview, hire, schedule, and supervise a team of Metro by T-Mobile Wireless Sales Associates.
• Meet or exceed both personal and team key performance indicators each month.
• Coach and mentor your team daily to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Ensure your location operates under the guidelines of Metro by T-Mobile and Nextar Telecom.
• Ensure timely and correct execution of promotional rollouts, inventory procedures, and other duties assigned by Nextar Telecommunications leadership.
• Set an example of personal and professional conduct for employees and others.

• 1+ years of experience in a similar retail role, preferably in post‑ or prepaid wireless businesses, managing team members.
• Proof of achievement in prior sales and leadership roles.
• Ability to lead, coach, and inspire your team members.
• Enthusiasm for retail, wireless technology, products, and customer service.
• Ability to travel to various locations within your market as needed.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with a flexible schedule.
