Employment Type:

Full‑Time or Part‑Time, flexible hours available from 5:00 AM to midnight as needed.

Location: 8410 SW State Rd 200, Ocala, FL 34481

Work Week: Flexible hours are available. Able to start at 5:00 AM or until midnight if required, based on café hours and availability.

Duties / Responsibilities:

• Assist in inventory training, when necessary.
• Drive brand values and standards through all training and development activities.
• Assist with coaching, training, and development of management and crew members.
• Assist with hiring & staffing needs while focusing on critically under‑staffed cafés.
• Provide support for new software rollouts and training.
• Ensure team member training programs are executed per TSC & DYNE standards.
• Interact with crew members, customers, and vendors using DYNE’s core values.
• Deliver “Unparalleled Hospitality” to each customer.
• Be knowledgeable and proficient in each position within the café.
• Successfully complete the Cafe Basics and Certified Trainer Program.
• Ensure each station operates to Tropical Smoothie Café standards.
• Train and coach crew members during each shift.
  
  Use tools to accomplish goals, manage labor and inventory using My Inventory.
• Perform any additional tasks necessary to run the café.

Required Skills / Abilities:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent management and supervisory skills.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel and Word, and ability to learn other computer software.
• Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow instructions.

Physical Requirements:

• Continuous standing and walking throughout each shift.
• Bending, lifting, and carrying up to 30 pounds to perform duties such as stocking, refilling ice, or taking out trash.
• Frequent face‑to‑face interactions with crew members and customers.
• Safely navigate in a fast‑paced café environment.
• Ability to multi‑task and remain positive in sometimes stressful conditions.
• Frequent walking, standing, bending, stooping, overhead reaching, and stretching.
• Lift no greater than 50 pounds.
