Responsibilities- The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and for meeting McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
- The General Manager works with his/her leader to set the restaurant’s goals and creates a plan to achieve the goals.
- The General Manager leads a team of Department Managers, helps them set goals, follows up on progress, and provides coaching and direction to improve their Departments.
- The General Manager may be responsible for hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers to build the right team for the future.
- Ideal candidates should have previous General Manager experience running high volume locations.
- A background in quick service restaurants is strongly desired, or experience in hospitality or retail.
- You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in corporate owned and operated restaurants.
