Join a growing cardiovascular team at Advent Health Ocala as a Cardiac CRNA in a high-acuity, team-based environment. This is an exciting opportunity to support advanced cardiac procedures in a collaborative and innovative setting.

Work alongside a dedicated team of anesthesiologists, cardiac surgeons, and perfusionists to deliver comprehensive anesthesia care for the following procedures:

• CVOR (Cardiovascular Operating Room) procedures
• Electrophysiology (EP) cases
• Structural Heart interventions

As a CRNA, you will be responsible for:

• Pre-anesthesia assessments
• Administration of general and regional anesthesia
• Intraoperative monitoring
• Post-anesthesia recovery

• Monday–Friday schedule
• No call or weekends
• Supportive, team-based care model with high-acuity cardiac cases in a well-equipped facility
• Strong culture and administrative support

• Excellent compensation based on years of experience – median $245K
• $75K Sign‑on bonus
• $25K Incentive bonus in Year 4

• Active Florida ARNP License
• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
