• Collaborates with executive leaders to meet facility needs and leverages resources effectively.
• Oversees the consulting and coaching program to drive improvement.
• Participates in planning for patient experience. Develops and monitors project workplans to ensure timely completion.
• Leads committees and efforts at assigned campuses, sharing best practices across the region.
• Works with campus senior leadership to drive accountability and performance review.

• Bachelor's (Required)

• Certified Patient Experience Professional (CPXP) - EV Accredited Issuing Body
• Registered Nurse (RN) - EV Accredited Issuing Body
