Flight Nurse, Healthcare Nursing

This is a full‑time, on‑site Flight Nurse role based in Ocala, FL. The Flight Nurse is responsible for providing advanced patient care during air transport, ensuring safety protocols, and collaborating with the medical team to deliver optimum treatment. Daily tasks include assessing patient conditions, administering medications, operating medical equipment, and maintaining detailed documentation of care. The role requires effective communication with both the flight crew and medical personnel to coordinate patient care effectively in high‑pressure situations.

• Proficient clinical skills, including advanced assessment, critical thinking, and care planning
• Strong knowledge and experience in managing critical care or emergency conditions
• Ability to operate and maintain specialized medical equipment
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem‑solving skills
• Physical and mental resilience to work in high‑intensity environments
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) and certification in advanced life support (e.g., ACLS, PALS, or equivalent)
• Experience in flight nursing or pre‑hospital care is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or an equivalent qualification preferred
