Rate: $32 - $48/hr on W2 with benefits

Sign On Bonus: $10,000

Job Summary And Qualifications

We are seeking a dynamic Emergency Room RN to join our team. To be successful you must be a quick thinker, decision‑maker, and multitasker with a willingness to adapt to whatever the day brings. You will provide nursing care for patients ranging from minor injuries to acutely or critically ill patients and be part of a phenomenal team that supports each other while providing excellent care.

What

You Will Do
  • Triage, assess and treat patients of all ages
  • Identify expected outcomes for a plan individualized to the patient and the situation
  • Develop plans that prescribe strategies and alternatives to attain expected outcomes
  • Manage multiple cases simultaneously providing general nursing care and prioritizing needs continually
  • Provide follow‑up care instructions to patients and make necessary referrals
  • Coordinate functions with physicians and other departments of the hospital, while being patient focused and safety aware at all times
Qualifications
  • 1 year of recent Med/Surg, PCU, ICU, or ED acute care experience (required)
  • Florida RN license and/or approved multistate RN license (required)
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support within 90 days of start date
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support within 30 days of start date
  • Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course within 6 months of start date
  • Nonviolent Crisis Intervention within 6 months of start date
  • PALS Pediatric Advanced Life Support Supervisor within 90 days of start date
  • Trauma Nursing Core Course, or TNCC Instructor within 6 months of start date
