As an ER RN, you'll be on the frontline of emergency care-handling cases from minor injuries to complex, life-threatening conditions. You'll need to think quickly, prioritize patient needs efficiently, and provide timely interventions.
The right candidate will be a team player, a skilled communicator, and confident in navigating unpredictable, high-stakes scenarios.
This role offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with physicians and multidisciplinary staff while playing a vital part in patient stabilization, care planning, and transitions.

- Key Responsibilities:
- Triage, assess, and provide high-quality care to patients of all ages presenting with urgent or emergent conditions
- Prioritize multiple patient needs and manage critical situations swiftly and effectively
- Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each patient's condition and treatment goals
- Administer medications, conduct procedures, and monitor patient responses
- Deliver education and clear discharge instructions to patients and families
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold hospital safety standards
- Minimum of 1 year of recent acute care RN experience (within last 2-3 years) in ED, ICU, or PCU
- Florida RN license or approved multistate RN license (compact license holders must obtain FL license within 60 days of relocation)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) - within 30 days of employment
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) - within 90 days of employment
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) - within 90 days of employment
- Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course (ENPC) - within 6 months of employment
- Nonviolent Crisis Intervention - within 6 months of employment
- Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) or TNCC Instructor - within 6 months of employment
