Full-Time | Nights (Rotating Weekends)
Pay: $30.60–$45.90/hr (based on experience)
Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 (Days) | $15,000 (Nights)

. As part of the Ocala critical care team, you’ll work in a state‑of‑the‑art environment that values teamwork, innovation, and patient‑centered excellence. The ICU encompasses 48 beds and provides care for complex medical, surgical, and trauma patients, offering an exceptional opportunity to grow your critical care expertise.

• Deliver direct, high‑quality patient care for critically ill adults.

• Perform assessments, monitor vital signs, and administer medications per provider orders.

• Initiate rapid interventions in emergency situations to stabilize patients.

• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and interdisciplinary staff to coordinate care.

• Educate patients and families on disease processes, treatments, and recovery plans.

• Participate in evidence‑based quality initiatives and continuous performance improvement.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with hospital standards.

Required:

• Active Florida RN license or Compact RN license (must obtain FL license within 60 days if relocating).

• 1+ year of recent Acute Care RN experience (preferably ICU, Stepdown, or other high‑acuity).

• ADN or Nursing Diploma.

• BLS (AHA) – within 30 days of hire.

• ACLS – within 30 days of hire.

• TNCC
  or
  CCRN (Adult) – within 1 year of hire.

Preferred:

• BSN degree.

• Previous experience in Trauma, Neuro, or Cardiovascular ICU settings.

• Base Pay: $30.60–$45.90/hr

• Night Differential: +$4.25/hr | Weekend Differential: +$3.00/hr

• Sign‑On Bonus: $10K (Days) | $15K (Nights)
