We are seeking experienced Manufacturing Assemblers to join our team producing high-quality products for the fire, trucking, and industrial markets. The ideal candidate has hands‑on manufacturing experience, is confident reading blueprints, and is proficient with both power tools and hand tools. Key Responsibilities- Assemble products according to blueprints and technical drawings
- Use power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently
- Perform layout, fitting, and final assembly of components
- Inspect parts and finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
- Identify and suggest process improvements

Requirements- 5 years of manufacturing assembly experience preferred
- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Proficiency using power tools (drills, grinders, saws, saws, etc.) and hand tools
- Experience working in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment with tight takt times and continuous movement
- Preferred experience in the manufacturing of automotive and/or industrial products
- Solid mechanical aptitude
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Team-oriented mindset
- Commitment to continuous improvement
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Frequent reaching, bending, and climbing
- Ability to lift:
- Up to 10 pounds regularly
- Between 30 – 40 pounds occasionally
