Job Opening: 1st Shift Assembler

Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

We’re looking for motivated Assemblers to join our growing manufacturing team! In this role, you’ll help build and assemble industrial dryer units that are used across multiple industries. If you’re hands‑on, mechanically inclined, and enjoy building things from the ground up, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

• Assemble industrial dryer units from start to finish
• Use hand tools and power tools to complete daily tasks
• Read and work from blueprints, schematics, and work instructions
• Measure, add, and subtract dimensions using a tape measure
• Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all builds
• Maintain a clean and safe work area

• Ability to read a tape measure
• Comfort with hand and power tools
• Ability to add and subtract measurements
• Blueprint and schematic reading experience (nice to have)
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

• Open‑air manufacturing floor
• Hot in the summer, cold in the winter

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ocala, FL.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
