Mig Welder – Ocala, FL

Pay: $25/hr to start

Schedule: 1st Shift – 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM

Job Type: Contract-to-Hire (3 months)

We are seeking an experienced MIG Welder to join a manufacturing team in Ocala, Florida
. This role involves welding, fabrication, and assembly work on steel components used in hydraulic lift trailers. Ideal candidates will have strong attention to detail and the ability to follow drawings, schematics, and fabrication standards.

• Perform MIG welding on steel components
• Fabricate and assemble hydraulic lift trailers
• Read and interpret drawings and schematics
• Adjust welder settings as needed (heat, speed, etc.)
• Use basic measuring tools, including a tape measure
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment

• Previous MIG welding experience
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Strong fabrication skills
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work the full shift schedule

• Welding hood

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ocala, FL.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
