Must be flexible on shifts; will train on 1st shift which is 4:00am-2:30pm Mon‑Fri, and switch to 2nd shift or weekend shift. 2nd shift: 2:00pm‑12:00am Mon‑Fri. Weekend shift: 4:00am‑4:00pm Fri‑Sun

We are seeking a skilled and reliable CNC Machine Operator to join our production/fabrication team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery used in the metal fabrication process, ensuring products meet quality standards and production goals.

• Operate various metalworking machines such as punch press, brake press, bandsaw, drill press, etc.
• Set up machines according to specifications and perform routine maintenance.
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet specifications.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Record production data and report any issues to the supervisor.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.

• Ability to read a tape measure
• Previous CNC metal machine operating experience
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or metalworking environment preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.

• Non climate‑controlled facility
• Enclosed with large bay doors open during the warmer months

Contract to Hire position based out of OCALA, FL.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
