Perform mechanical maintenance and repairs on equipment including wood pellet mills, hammer mills, drum dryers, dust collectors, hydraulics, augers, conveyor belts, drag chains, and air compressors;
Monitor daily plant operations to ensure equipment operates at peak performance and troubleshoot downtime;
Develop and implement preventative maintenance procedures and keep detailed records of maintenance activities and inspections;
Identify opportunities for equipment and robotic improvements; design and fabricate parts for repairs or new installations;
Adhere to all safety protocols and perform other duties as assigned
