We are seeking a Training & Development (T&D) Coordinator to join our team in Ocala, FL
. This role is essential in supporting plant leadership, driving training initiatives, and strengthening workforce skills within our manufacturing operations.
The T&D Coordinator will manage employee training programs, develop standardized processes, and help improve operational efficiency while ensuring compliance with training documentation and procedures.
Responsibilities- Lead and coordinate employee training and development programs.
- Support New Hire Orientation and assist in TPM methodology training.
- Drive cross-training activities, maintain training records, and conduct audits/reports.
- Develop and update training plans, Standard Work documents, and training materials.
- Partner with plant leadership to improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Coach employees and provide recommendations during performance reviews.
- Manage training dashboards, matrices, and certification checklists.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and plant engagement activities.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a Training & Development role within manufacturing.
- Experience with Standard Work and Continuous Improvement documentation is preferred.
- Strong communication, coaching, and organizational skills.
