Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift (Ocala, FL)
Compensation: $70-80k + 10% bonus, relocation assistance is offered
- Lead and supervise production and sanitation teams in a fast‑paced food manufacturing environment
- Plan, assign, and direct production activities to meet safety, quality, cost, and delivery goals
- Coordinate production schedules and staffing to meet customer demand
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, GMP, SQF, and environmental regulations
- Conduct safety and quality audits; assign and track corrective actions
- Monitor production performance, inventory issues, and key metrics; recommend improvements
- Develop, implement, and maintain SOPs, quality initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts
- Train, coach, and develop production staff; manage performance and progressive discipline
- Oversee shift performance reporting and communicate results to management
- Manage vacation, sick, and personal time scheduling for production and sanitation associates
- Utilize ERP/MRP systems (SAP preferred) and MS Office tools
