Position Type:

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager with a strong design background to lead our sign and vehicle wrap production team. The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience in large‑format printing, vinyl graphics, and wraps, along with proven leadership skills in a fast‑paced environment. This position oversees day‑to‑day production, supports the design team, and ensures projects are completed on time with high quality and consistent branding.

• Oversee daily operations for design, printing, fabrication, and wrap production.
• Maintain an efficient workflow and ensure timely completion of jobs.
• Improve production processes and address bottlenecks.
• Coordinate scheduling, team workloads, and project priorities.

• Review and approve design files for accuracy and print readiness.
• Provide guidance to designers on layout, scaling, and brand consistency.
• Ensure artwork meets production standards for color, sizing, and substrates.

• Supervise use of large‑format printers, cutters, laminators, and production equipment.
• Maintain knowledge of vinyl materials, laminates, and printing processes.
• Monitor inventory of materials and supplies.
• Ensure consistent print quality and proper equipment maintenance.

• Lead, coach, and support designers, print operators, and installers.
• Set clear expectations and performance goals.
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and accountable team culture.

• Assist with pricing for wraps, signs, decals, and large‑format print jobs.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients on timelines and job requirements.

• Ensure all products meet company standards for quality, accuracy, and presentation.
• Resolve issues quickly to keep production running smoothly.

• 5+ years of experience in signs, large‑format printing, or vehicle wraps.
• 3+ years of team leadership or production management experience.
• Strong understanding of design software (Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Hands‑on experience with vinyl production or wide‑format printing.
• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.

• Experience with workflow systems (Shop Vox, Trello, Function Fox, etc.).
• 3M Certified.
