1st Shift (Sun‑Wed) Supervisor

Freight Breakers is seeking an experienced Shift Manager to oversee daily operations in our warehouse environment during the 1st Shift (Sun‑Wed 7:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.). Overtime as needed.

• Account for team’s attendance, evaluate the work area for safety concerns and divide the day’s goal amongst the team.
• Live data tracking of trailer progress, accounting for the team’s whereabouts/progress.
• Communicating with customers for invoicing.
• Teaching and training new associates.
• Ensure work areas are clean for handoff.

• Experience in a warehouse management or supervisory role is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of shipping and receiving processes, including 3PL (Third Party Logistics) operations.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) for tracking inventory and operations.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and other departments.
