We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Maintenance Manager to oversee all maintenance operations at our Ocala facility. This role is responsible for leading the maintenance team, ensuring equipment reliability, managing preventative maintenance programs, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a solid technical background who can drive uptime, improve systems, and support overall operational performance.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, mentor, and supervise the maintenance team
- Develop and manage preventative and predictive maintenance programs
- Oversee troubleshooting and repair of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Minimize equipment downtime and improve overall reliability
- Manage maintenance budgets, inventory, and vendor relationships
- Coordinate maintenance schedules with operations to avoid production disruptions
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards
- 5+ years of maintenance leadership experience
- Strong background in industrial, manufacturing, or heavy equipment environments
- Experience implementing and managing preventative maintenance systems
- Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities
