We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations. This role involves order fulfillment, shipping, and general warehouse tasks, with opportunities to use mechanical skills and equipment knowledge. Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required.

• Forklift experience or certification is a plus
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to perform small equipment repairs
• Ability to lift and move materials as required
• Comfortable with basic computer use and simple data entry
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare and ship outgoing orders
• Operate warehouse equipment safely (forklift experience is a plus)
• Perform minor repairs and maintenance on small equipment as needed
• Assist with general warehouse organization and cleanliness
• Complete minimal data entry related to inventory and orders

Minimum Requirements:

• No experience required – training will be provided!
• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Ability to obtain termite technician or pest control licensing (company paid)

• Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations:
• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
