Certified Medical Assistant

Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) – Full-Time

Compensation: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour

Recharge Clinic is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our fast-paced weight loss, hormone, aesthetic, and medical clinic dedicated to health and wellness. This role involves direct patient interaction, clinical support, and administrative duties to ensure a smooth patient experience. The ideal candidate is passionate about health, wellness, and patient care, setting a positive example for our patients.

• Assist providers with patient evaluations and treatments.
• Take and record vital signs, and medical histories, and prepare patients for procedures.
• Administer injections and assist with IV therapy as directed.
• Greet patients and facilitate smooth check-in and check-out processes.
• Schedule patient appointments and manage records in the EMR system

• Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries professionally.
• Educate patients on health, weight loss, and hormone therapies.
• Maintain a professional appearance and serve as a role model for a healthy lifestyle.
• Adhere to clinic policies, infection control, and HIPAA regulations

• Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment.

Education & Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)
• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) (Required)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification (Required)
• Experience with EMR systems (Preferred)
• Experience taking vital signs (Preferred)
• 2+ years of experience (Preferred)

Monday: 8:00 am - 6:00 pm

Tuesday - Wednesday: 8:00 am - 5:30 pm

Thursday: 8:30 am - 6:30 pm

Friday: 8:00 am - 6:00 pm

Saturday: 7:45 am - 1:00 pm
