Pay: $29.56 to $40.65/hr (based on experience)
Sign-On Bonus: $20,000 Relocation: Case by Case

We are seeking an experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join a collaborative acute care team in Ocala, Florida.

This role offers the opportunity to work across a variety of patient populations, providing advanced respiratory therapy to support critical and non-critical care patients in a dynamic hospital environment. Candidates with CRT credentials and recent acute care experience are encouraged to apply.

• Set up and administer all routine and complex respiratory therapy procedures for patients of all ages.
• Manage and operate acute care ventilators for both short- and long-term mechanical ventilation.
• Perform arterial blood gas sampling, analysis, and interpretation.
• Evaluate patient responses to therapy and adjust care plans accordingly.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all procedures and therapy provided.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal respiratory care outcomes.
• Follow all departmental and hospital safety and compliance protocols.

Required:

• Florida-licensed Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or eligibility for state licensure.
• At least 1 year of recent acute care RRT experience (within the past year).
• Current BLS certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire).

Preferred:

• CRT credential with relevant hospital experience.
• ACLS certification.
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
• Base Pay: $29.56 to $40.65/hr (based on experience)
