Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Resident Care Supervisor – Full Time

Grand Villa of Ocala is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Resident Care Supervisor to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated healthcare professional to lead and support our resident care team in a warm, community-focused environment. The ideal candidate will have previous assisted living experience and a passion for providing exceptional care to our residents.

• Supervise and coordinate daily nursing care for residents, ensuring high standards of quality and safety
• Assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
• Monitor residents’ health status and respond promptly to changes or concerns
• Provide guidance and support to nursing staff and caregivers
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, as well as facility policies
• Document resident care activities accurately and thoroughly
• Participate in staff training and quality improvement initiatives
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members to promote a positive care environment

• Valid and current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• Previous experience in assisted living or long-term care preferred
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including occasional weekends and holidays
• Compassionate, patient, and detail-oriented approach to resident care
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
