We are seeking a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as a Lead Clinical Research Coordinator supporting multiple onsite clinical trials, including Alzheimer’s studies. This role will lead site operations, ensure patient safety, and oversee end-to-end study coordination.
Responsibilities- Lead and coordinate clinical trials in compliance with FDA, ICH-GCP, and SOPs
- Ensure patient safety and perform protocol-required procedures (consent, screening, vitals, ECGs, etc.)
- Manage subject scheduling, recruitment, enrollment, and retention
- Maintain accurate source documentation, CRFs, and EDC entries
- Support IRB requirements, audits, and monitor visits
- Collaborate with PIs, sponsors, and site teams
- Active RN license (LVN/LPN considered if applicable)
- 2+ years clinical research or site-based trial experience
- Strong knowledge of GCP, informed consent, and clinical documentation
- Excellent communication, organization, and patient-focused skills
- Alzheimer’s or neurology research experience is a plus
