Job Summary
Absolute Elder Care is a geriatric focused Mobile Physician Group providing Primary Care Services to patients in Assisted Living Facilities, Skilled Nursing Facilities, and Private Residences across North Central and Central Florida.
We are seeking a dependable and motivated In‑House Medical Assistant for our Ocala, Florida office to support our operations in a dynamic healthcare environment. This role requires flexibility, strong organizational skills, and the ability to take initiative while maintaining a professional and positive attitude. The Medical Assistant will work closely with healthcare providers and staff to ensure efficient workflows and a high standard of patient care

- Experience navigating in Electronic Health Records. Familiarity of eClinical Works a plus
- Basic understanding of the health insurance authorization process
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products;
Excel, Word, TEAMS - Experience in a healthcare facility, clinical experience, or clinical education is a must
- Completion of a medical assistant program or equivalent preferred but not required
- Experience as a medical office assistant or CNA/equivalent preferred but not required
Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English - Must have reliable transportation
