Job Description:

$19.23 - $30.77 per hour

Up to $5,000.

• Drive customer service initiatives by creating and owning the patient experience.
• Perform basic radiological examinations, including all quality controls and clerical duties.
• Process reference laboratory specimens, including venipuncture, specimen handling, labeling, and tracking results.
• Properly and legibly document and report all procedures and assessments in accordance with department policy.
• Assess patients during clinical check‑in, document pertinent medical information and vital signs, and evaluate for signs of abuse or neglect.
• Administer treatments, medications, and follow‑up assessments as ordered by the provider, and respond appropriately in clinical emergencies and triage situations.
• Perform diagnostic and occupational medicine testing, including EKG, spirometry, audiometry, titmus, and pulse oximetry, and complete forensic testing collections in accordance with guidelines.
• Complete check‑out duties and relay instructions and care information to the patient or family.
• Participate in departmental performance improvement initiatives.
• Train newly hired clinical staff as needed.
• Perform required quality control checklist to ensure patient safety.
• Follow CDC guidelines, infection prevention practices, and safety regulations, including appropriate use of PPE and hand washing.

• High School Graduate or equivalent (required)
• Basic X‑Ray Machine Operator (BMO) – EV Accredited
• Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) – EV Accredited
• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) – EV Accredited
• Clinical Medical Assistant Certification (CMAC) – EV Accredited
• Licensed Paramedic (PARA) – EV Accredited
• National Certified Medical Assistant (NCMA) – EV Accredited
• Nationally Registered Certified Medical Assistant (NRCMA) – EV Accredited
• Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) – EV Accredited
