• Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized therapy programs
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team
• Track/document patient progress and outcomes
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic strategies
• Stay current with innovative therapy techniques
• Assign patients to the team members
• Collaborate with Facility case management for Discharge planning and patient care management
• Develop and administer therapy programs aimed at improving patients' physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
• Work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to create personalized treatment plans for patients.
• Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare professionals regarding treatment plans and patient outcomes.
• Continuously educate patients and their families on therapeutic procedures and techniques
• Stay up to date with the latest therapy techniques and methodologies.

• Active Florida Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) License
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Passion for helping others and delivering exceptional care
• Valid State Speech License and Credentials
