ScheduleFull‑time, 40 hours. Monday through Friday, with seasonal Saturday hours as needed to meet business demands. Work hours may adjust to the time zone’s business hours.
In This Role, You WillPromote branch operations by delivering exceptional customer service and achieving or exceeding individual sales and delinquency targets. Daily responsibilities include servicing customers, collecting delinquent accounts, and assisting with operational tasks. You will also coach teammates and take the lead on administrative tasks as needed.
Responsibilities and Essential Duties- Process credit loan applications, present loan solutions based on customer needs, and enthusiastically promote all available sales products.
- Contact customers with past‑due balances to offer solutions and resolve delinquency.
- Maintain a cash drawer, process payments, and deliver daily deposits to specified financial institutions.
- Achieve consistent results by meeting or exceeding individual and branch goals for the sale of company products and services.
- Assist the Branch Manager by preparing reports as needed.
- Maintain compliance within the branch.
- Coordinate functions and daily operational issues with the District Manager in the manager’s absence.
- Learn federal, state, and local application consumer laws to ensure compliant actions.
- Perform additional functions as required by market demand or branch staffing to deliver quality customer service.
- Minimum of three years in a customer service or sales position, with at least two years in consumer lending and/or financial services, and consistent achievement of assigned KPIs. Supervisory or team‑lead experience may substitute for industry experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Reliable transportation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar programs, with the ability to learn financial services programs.
- Ability to complete essential duties in a timely and accurate manner.
- Demonstrated problem‑solving, project leadership, and interpersonal skills in demanding situations.
- Must obtain applicable, required licenses to sell insurance products offered by the branch.
- Must perform work at the assigned branch location, except in emergencies as determined by the company.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Administration, Economics, or a comparable field. Military rank (e.g., E‑4, W1, O1 and above) may substitute for degree experience.
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish/English.
- Good standing and applicable licenses to sell insurance products offered by the branch.
Required to sit for extended periods, reach with hands and arms, operate computer and phone systems, and speak or hear. May need to move around occasionally and lift up to 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
