• Champion guest service by consistently delivering exceptional service, soliciting valuable feedback, and actively addressing and resolving guest complaints.
• Capitalize on all business opportunities in your market area by executing marketing strategies to drive sales (leagues, open play bowling, etc.).
• Partner with leagues by developing and maintaining good relationships with league bowlers and officers, adhering to league formats, distributing league announcements, and performing other administrative duties.
• Assemble an all‑star team by assisting in recruiting, hiring, training, and scheduling a talented team of hourly center staff.
• Lead and motivate the team, leveraging individual strengths to ensure guest satisfaction and maximize center productivity.
• Drive food & beverage sales by overseeing the management and expansion of the center’s Food & Beverage program, ensuring high quality standards and exceptional guest satisfaction, and providing ongoing training and supervision.
• Remain flexible to work varying shifts, from weekends to holidays, and extended workdays as needed.

• HS Diploma (Bachelor’s Degree preferred)
• A commitment to great guest service
• 1‑2 years experience in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, or Restaurants
• Solid communication skills
• Strong team player and people developer
• Thrives in a fast‑paced environment
