• BS Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or similar
• 5+ years experience as a tool engineer
• Experience developing/teaching tool design

• Experience leading process development for tools across sites
• Experience with traditional machine shop subtractive technologies
• Experience with additive and design for additive
• Experience directly supporting a manufacturing floor
• Creo experience
• Windchill experience

What you will be doing:

• Lead a cross‑functional team in the design, procurement, and maintenance of tooling.
• Oversee the complete tool lifecycle, including additive‑manufacturing and machine‑shop production.
• Drive continuous improvement of 1
  
  LMX tool processes enterprise‑wide.
• Manage tooling budgets, schedules, and supplier relationships to ensure on‑time delivery.
• Mentor engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and innovation.

Base Salary: $99,700 - $175,835 (varies by state) or $114,700 - $198,720 in major metros. Additional incentives eligible. Benefits include:

Work schedule:
