We need someone with strong networking skills to provide wrap-around services in collaboration with our community partners for the youth.

Member Duties :
The VISTA member will build capacity for programs at the Howard Academy Community Center by developing volunteer recruitment systems, strengthening community partnerships, and supporting outreach efforts. They will create and refine procedures for youth enrichment, family engagement, and adult education initiatives, assist with data collection and program evaluation, and help design sustainable resource-development strategies. Members will also support communication efforts, including maintaining program materials and promoting events to increase community participation.
