An Independent Doctor of Optometry affiliated with Lens Crafters (Luxottica) seeks an Associate Optometrist. You will work within the practice of a Lens Crafters Subleasing Optometrist as an employee or contracted doctor. As an Associate Doctor of Optometry within the practice, the terms of agreement, practice model, pay and hours are negotiated directly between you and the Subleasing doctor.

Responsibilities:

• Care for patients with full professional autonomy.
• Provide comprehensive optometric services within the scope of practice agreed with the Subleasing Doctor.
• Maintain accurate patient records and support pre‑testing services.
• Utilize office equipment such as Clarifye digital eye examination technology and Daytona Optomap Digital Retinal Imaging System.
• Participate in automated online appointment booking and patient recall systems.

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) from an accredited institution.
• Full state licence to practice optometry.
• Experience in comprehensive eye care and vision services.
• Strong interpersonal and patient communication skills.
