Chief Anesthesiologist opportunity at Advent Health Ocala with Envision Physician Services. ABA board-certified anesthesiologist sought to join the established practice as the Anesthesia Medical Director. Community hospital with 425 beds located 40 minutes south of Gainesville and 80 minutes from the coast.

• $100K start date bonus with 3-year commitment
• Newly increased compensation
• ACT: 8 physicians and 27 CRNAs
• Annual case volume: 12K–14K with 16 ORs, Endo suite, OB suite, Neuro IR suite
• OB volume: 2,500 annually
• Case mix:
  General, OB, Orthopedic, Spine, Vascular, Endo, GYN, ENT, Robotics, Urology, GI, Bariatrics, Neuro IR, Cardiology; minimal healthy pediatrics; no trauma, no open hearts
• Excellent culture with collaborative physician/CRNA team and good surgeon relationships
• Call shared evenly; beeper from home
• Chief stipend; relocation bonus and licensure assistance
• Annual retention bonus
• 9 weeks PTO
• Clinical and administrative duties
